Laura Re Turner


Laura is an executive and team coach, and an experienced facilitator, who develops organisations to have the mindset and behaviours needed to outperform their competitors. Her coaching approach is a blend of coaching psychology, experiential learning, continuous improvement, and agile methods. Prior to becoming an executive coach, Laura delivered large-scale software projects in complex organisations. She is an accredited coach (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision) and holds the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Henley Business School.

Jon Sleeper


Jon helps people collaborate, learn and grow with a focus on business value using agile and lean principles. He works with executives, teams and organisations to facilitate productive working and high performance. He has proven senior-level experience building relationships in a wide range of organisations. He helps individuals to grow their capability within teams and as leaders. Jon is an NLP Practitioner and accredited coach (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and a member of the Trusted Coach Directory.

Phil Summerfield


As an executive coach, Phil coaches successful C-level directors, VPs, and leadership teams, to enable them to maximise their personal and professional potential and that of their business. Phil helps them to think differently and become more self-aware. Prior to becoming a coach, Phil worked at partner level at IBM, Ernst & Young and PA Consulting. His focus includes executive and team coaching, leadership development, business coaching and transformation, and change management, with a special focus on ROI/ROE of coaching. He is an Advanced Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes, APM Group, and holds the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Henley Business School.
