Laura Re Turner
Laura is an executive coach, certified agile coach, and trainer, who helps leaders and their teams develop the mindset, behaviours, and skills to succeed in today's complex and uncertain business environment. Her coaching approach is a pragmatic blend of coaching psychology, experiential learning, and agile methods. She brings a systemic perspective into coaching to help leaders and teams identify the organisational impediments to change. She is an accredited coach (Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision), Agile Project Management accredited trainer, and holds the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Henley Business School.
Clare is a Leadership Coach with a proven track record of leading multi-million pound international projects in the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors, including the Panama Canal Expansion project. She has spent her career managing global clients, solving complex problems and inspiring teams across borders. In 2016, Clare fully embraced her adventurous side, competing in the America’s Coast to Coast Leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race. Clare is driven by the benefits that coaching, clear communication and effective leadership can provide to organisations. Clare holds a Practitioner’s Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching.
As an executive coach, Phil coaches successful C-level directors, VPs, and leadership teams, to enable them to maximise their personal and professional potential and that of their business. Phil helps them to think differently and become more self-aware. Phil has worked at partner level at IBM, Ernst & Young and PA Consulting. His focus includes executive and team coaching, leadership development, business coaching and transformation, and change management, with a special focus on ROI/ROE of coaching. He is an Advanced Practitioner, Managing Successful Programmes, APM Group, and holds the MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Henley Business School.
Jon helps people collaborate, learn and grow with a focus on business value using agile and lean principles. He works with executives, teams and organisations to facilitate productive working and high performance. He has proven senior-level experience building relationships in a wide range of organisations. He helps individuals to grow their capability within teams and as leaders. Jon is an NLP Practitioner and accredited coach (European Mentoring and Coaching Council), and a member of the Trusted Coach Directory.
