I’m a coach and trainer who helps leaders and teams develop the mindset, behaviours, and skills to thrive through change.
My clients find our work together transformative, and come from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. I’m a specialist in agile development frameworks and agile coaching for leaders and teams. My practice is based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom, and I engage with clients all over the UK, Europe, and the US with virtual meeting tools and on-site work.
As the Director of Future Focus Coaching, I work with organisations to develop their culture, leaders, and teams to be resilient, creative, and competitive in today’s increasingly complex landscape. Future Focus Coaching works with a network of associate coaches and trainers to create innovate learning programmes. See the components of our Coaching Programme which is always tailored in partnership with clients.
I have successfully coached leaders to develop strategic thinking, improve communication with colleagues and business partners, energise their leadership team, develop an agile mindset to manage projects more effectively, and navigate a path through a career transition. Contact me directly if you want to know more about working with me in one-to-one coaching.
My training and facilitated workshops give space to participants to expand their thinking and change behaviour. My company’s ICAgile accredited courses consistently receive excellent feedback. We were one of ICAgile’s first Member Organisations to get accredited a course for Remote Delivery – well before the coronavirus pandemic forced us all to work remotely. Many of the course delegates on Future Focus courses choose to follow up with one-to-one coaching to embed their learning. I uphold the highest standards for in-person and remote learning, and work as an Associate with UK-based organisations QA, TCC and Learning Solutions Matter
My continuing professional development takes in the latest thinking in leadership, effective teams, systemic coaching, product innovation, and business agility. I believe all of these domains are important to be effective in my coaching practice. A summary of relevant qualifications:

Pro bono work
I actively support the BBOWT Wildlife Trust by doing voluntary work at their reserves in Tring, Buckinghamshire; and for Apps for Good, an innovative schools programme that teaches important skills in schools to prepare young people for careers in technology and business. I am currently looking for a trustee or NED role – please do get in touch if you know an organisation that would be a good fit.
I love getting outdoors for hillwalking, kayaking, skiing, running — anything that involves mountains or mud! Painting and photography are two life-long loves and I sell my photographs on Shutterstock and Getty Images. My portfolio can be found on Adobe Behance.
