This 2-day instructor-led course is delivered online, as a blend of experiential group learning with presentation. You will bring examples of your work in an organisation, either as an Agile Coach or in a leadership role, as the basis for many of the activities. The course can be tailored to include a self-paced module that reduces instructor-led learning hours to accommodate different working styles and budgets.
