This 2-day instructor-led course is delivered online using a mix of teaching, facilitator-led activities, and participant discussions of real-world problems in organisations. The course can be tailored to include a self-paced module that reduces instructor-led learning hours to accommodate different working styles and budgets.
Delivered by ICAgile-approved instructors, participants will work in small groups to experience the new roles, iterative and incremental delivery of products, customer engagement, and planning practices with examples in Scrum, Lean Startup, Kanban, Agile Project Management, and Continuous Delivery.
