Team Health Check
We use Team Connect 360, available to licensed coaches at Future Focus Coaching, as a starting point for Agile team coaching. This sets us apart from Agile Coaches who work primarily as consultants, advising on process and tools. The comprehensive 360 feedback goes beyond typical team reports by looking at ways the team works in the whole organisation, in service to all of its stakeholders. This is a must-have for Agile teams to manage dependencies and deliver products and services at speed.

We use Team Connect 360 from the AoEC, to support your team with 360 degree feedback. It is an excellent starting point for our work together. The report goes beyond ordinary assessments by identifying organisational impediments that hinder your team. Based on the disciplines of Systemic Team Coaching, report data is presented in five areas: Stakeholder Expectations, Team Tasks, Team Relationships, Stakeholder Relationships, and Team Learning. By looking at a team as part of an organisational system, we pinpoint the areas inside and outside the team that impact the team’s effectiveness.

a facilitated workshop to discuss the report’s findings with team members, and stakeholders, and to prioritise the team’s needs for the future.
an initial meeting with the team that requested the assessment to discuss the report’s purpose and description of each of the five report areas.
